Medieval market, shows, parade. 31 may + 1st june 2025

We are proud to open a new chapter in our traditional Joan of Arc Festival, now known as Reims, the legendary epic.

Guided by the emblematic and central figure of Joan of Arc, every year we'll be taking you on a journey through time, immersing you in the major events of French history.  From its origins as the Roman settlement of Durocortorum, city of the Rèmes, to Reims, city of the coronation of the kings of France, we invite you to discover all the faces and eras that have shaped the legacy of our city.

I look forward to seeing you on 31 May and 1 June, when the heart of our city will beat to the rhythm of this extraordinary historical heritage.

COURTYARD OF THE SAINT-REMI MUSEUM

Through the Reims Nature programme, the city of Reims is committed to transforming our perception of nature in the city.

"Le sacre de la nature", installed at the Saint-Remi museum, in the main courtyard, is inspired by the history of the town. This symbolic work draws a parallel between the coronation of the kings of France, which consecrated the power of a sovereign, and that of nature, which belongs to us all and conditions our future.
